Weigh in day

Well--another 1/2 pound. At this rate, it will be 3-4 years before I lose all the weight. Yeah, yeah--I know Karen- exercise! We'll see about that. Maybe after the holidays:)

Week 2

Had a horrible weekend. Felt crumby--hormones all out of whack! Spent a lot of time in bed. On the upside, when you are in bed all day, you don't eat as much! So not sure what it will be like this week. I already feel like I want to give up! This soooo sucks!

I really want to go have the lap-band put in, but my husband says no. I'm sure it is really expensive also. So I will muddle along and hopefully continue this!

Weigh in day

1/2 pound--that is all I lost! This so totally blows! This is why I am the way I am! It just seems useless. But I will try again next week and see what happens! Wish me luck:) I need it!

Day 5 and 6

Well, I'm sick of this already. I hate having to think about everything I eat and always being conscious of it! I haven't done too bad these last two days. You know if I get on the scale Saturday and haven't lost anything, I am going to be mad, depressed, and just about ready to throw in the towel. Pray for me!!!

Day 4

Aaaaahhhhhhhh! I have seen pictures of me from the class reunion and all I can say is puke!!!!! If I look like that in 5 years I cannot go. It was gross! Which is what people see everyday!

Now--did fairly good today until supper. Had whole grain cereal and yogurt, turkey sandwich, a few mustard pretzels. And then McDonald's for supper. We were in a hurry and needed something quick.. Hopefully didn't do too much damage!

Day 3

Well, I started out okay. Whole wheat toast and Fiber One bar for breakfast. Lean Cuisine and some mustard pretzels for lunch. After school I lost it and had some Starburst:( Turkey sandwich for supper and a small cup of ice cream. Overall it is better than I usually do. So that's good, right? Right?????

Watching what you eat really sucks!

Day 2

Alright-so the day after a lot of drinking is never good! I had to have the greasy McDonald's this morning to help soak up the alcohol. But I did better later in the day. So hopefully I will be on track. I found this 100% whole grain popcorn. You can eat a whole bag and it is only 1 Weight Watcher point. I am not really following WW but figure if it is only that, then it can't be all that bad for you, right?

Thanks for all of my classmates last night for a great time! We need to get together more often for nights out!

I'll post more later. I am sooooo hoping that me writing this all day helps to make me more aware and keep me on track!
