Week 2

Had a horrible weekend. Felt crumby--hormones all out of whack! Spent a lot of time in bed. On the upside, when you are in bed all day, you don't eat as much! So not sure what it will be like this week. I already feel like I want to give up! This soooo sucks!

I really want to go have the lap-band put in, but my husband says no. I'm sure it is really expensive also. So I will muddle along and hopefully continue this!

  1. I know you probably don't want to hear this (I'm still pissed about it), but I find that the scale has little to no downward movement unless I exercise. It's not so bad... I just fire up the iPod and away I go on the treadmill. It totally helps with my sanity too. AND I notice that when I do exercise I'm much less likely to overeat because I don't want to waste all the effort I've just expended. So... are you gonna come shoot me now?
