Weigh in day

Well--another 1/2 pound. At this rate, it will be 3-4 years before I lose all the weight. Yeah, yeah--I know Karen- exercise! We'll see about that. Maybe after the holidays:)

  1. Hey, better than nothing! Still frustrating, though, I know. Also drink lots and lots of water. It's amazing how crappy I feel if I don't drink five or six bottles of water all day... bloated and icky, clothes too tight, rings too tight.

    Also, this works for me... most of the time. I always feel horrible after I overeat, bloated and guilty and angry and disappointed, which usually leads to more eating. I think about what it is I'm feeling that's making me want to eat and then remember that I'm going to feel WAY worse after I eat whatever it is. I'm not saying it works 100% of the time, but it definitely helps. Have you read any of the book yet?
